Offer for exhibitors

The Jagiellonian University Careers Service encourages you to participate in the Job Fairs, which will be held from 18 to 20 October 2022. The Job Fairs are an excellent opportunity to present your offer (jobs, internships, apprenticeships, volunteering) to potential employees. Job Fairs will be widely promoted among the students of the Jagiellonian University on social media, in student organizations and university departments.

Participation in the event is free of charge.

We strongly encourage you to get to know the details of our offer. Registration for exhibitors will last until there are places available (the order of applications decides) or until 07/09/2022 – for organizational reasons, it is a deadline.


The Autumn edition of the event will have a hybrid character – every employer can choose to participate in the stationary or online part of the event.

  • The stationary part will be held on 19.10.2022 (10:00 – 15:00), and it will be located in Centrum Wsparcia Dydaktyki – Centre for Academic Support (Kraków, ul. Ingardena 6). Career Service takes care of the whole organization side of the event. Every exhibitor will have their stand (including a place for company roll-up, a table and three chairs – 2 for exhibitors and 1 for participants). We offer 27 fair stands. During the day of the stationary part of Job Fairs, students will have the opportunity to participate in additional activities, like presentations by invited experts and consultation points (how to prepare a proper CV, how to start own business, information about international internships by Erasmus+ program, labor law, etc.).
  • The online part will be held on two days: 18.10.2022 (Tuesday) and 20.10.2022 (Thursday) – sessions will be run in MS Teams app. There are ten slots available for exhibitors in that part of the event. Every exhibitor will have 90 minutes meeting to arrange. Every meeting will consist of 3 parts: a company introduction, a presentation of the topic consulted firstly with Careers Service and a Q&A session. Due to organizational reasons, the time of meetings cannot be extended. Members of the Careers Service team will join every meeting with exhibitors – employers are responsible for preparing worthy content of the meeting, while Careers Service take care of all organizational issues – besides others: registration process, providing a link to the meeting, ensuring smooth course of the meeting.
