Recruitment process:
Our recruitment process is flexible and adjusted to you. We recruit fully remotely, with greatest care to share our feedback at every stage. The process usually consists of two stages - after we receive an application, we first schedule a short phone conversation with an HR representative. The second stage is an interview with our managers who assess the candidate's fitness to the team, as well as are able to share some more details about the role.
