19 October (Monday) – Practical Workshops
Choose from 11 training sessions designed to help you successfully take your first steps on the job market. Topics include gaining professional experience while studying, preparing for a job interview, turning a business idea into a concrete plan, and working safely abroad with the support of the EURES network.
IMPORTANT: The workshop programme is based on individual choice. If several workshops are scheduled at the same time, you may register for only one of them.
20-21 October (Tuesday-Wednesday) – Employers Presentations
Join presentations delivered by companies and institutions. Learn about their organizational culture, career opportunities, employment conditions, current recruitment processes, and internship programmes. Perhaps you will find your future employer among them!
22-23 October (Thursday-Friday) – Group Recruitment Consultations with Experts
These sessions are designed to help you understand what employers look for in CVs and during job interviews within specific industries. During a 60-minute meeting with HR professionals representing selected exhibitors, you will gain first-hand insights into how to make your CV stand out, which skills and experience are most valued, and how to prepare effectively for recruitment processes in a particular industry or business area. There will also be dedicated time for a Q&A session with participants.

Together, we will explore common recruitment concerns and practical ways to overcome them. You will learn what makes a CV effective, how to prepare for an interview using best methods, and what the recruitment process looks like at a global company such as Accenture.
We will also discuss how to use AI responsibly throughout the recruitment journey. The workshop will conclude with an engaging Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical insights directly from our team!
